The center of Tropical Depression Twelve was located near 15.3 north
and 30.4 west and moving north-northwest around 9 mph. This general
motion is expected to continue through the next day.

The sustained winds for Twelve are estimated around 35 mph. The
system is forecast to degenerate to an open wave late Thursday into
early Friday.

The central pressure was estimated at 1007 mb.
