TROPICAL DEPRESSION ONE-E FORECAST DISCUSSION 2
THE HURRICANE NETWORK NEW YORK NY
200 PM PDT SAT APR 25 2020

There has been little change in the organization of the depression
since the previous special advisory earlier today. Satellite imagery
shows dry air is beginning to erode the center of circulation of the
depression and there is a void of thunderstorms near the center. The
intensity was conservatively estimated at 30 kt. There is a low
chance of the depression becoming a tropical storm later tonight
before weakening begins as the depression moves over cooler SSTs
with increasing vertical shear. The cyclone is forecast to become a
remnant low by Sunday night and then dissipate by Monday afternoon.

The general motion continues to be northwest at 7 mph, this track
will change to a more westward motion tomorrow. The depression is
expected to move westward through dissipation on day 3.
